1. Polymerization method

The two monomers with different reactivity are prepared by polymerization. Because the reactivity of the scatterer monomer and the monomer forming the matrix is different, the scatterer monomer is produced by self-polymerization or block copolymerization with the matrix monomer, so that the two monomers have uniform optical properties for the condensed core formed in the respective polymerization chains, and light is reflected and refracted at the boundary of the condensed core, thus forming scattering. 2. Blending modification method

The blending modification method is to add the light diffusing agent to the resin. The light diffusing agent has a spherical shape and is uniformly dispersed in the transparent resin to form a sea-island structure. Due to the difference in refractive index between the resin and the light diffusing agent, the light is reflected like a mirror on the surface of the light diffusing agent, and the light diffusing effect is achieved after multiple reflections. At the same time, the addition amount of light diffusing agent, particle size and distribution, and refractive index determine the optical properties of the material.

The action mechanism of the light diffusion material is mainly to add organic or inorganic particles to the base material of the diffusion plate as scattering particles, and when the light passes through the scattering layer, it continuously refracts, reflects and scatters in two media with different refractive indexes, so as to produce the effect of optical diffusion.
